Jiang graduated from the Central Institute of Fine Arts Beijing, China and worked on various heroic works for the Chinese Government. Jiang was appointed head sculptor during the construction of the monumental 24 metre cast bronze Buddha in Hong Kong and also the 17 metre gold leaf Buddha in Osaka, Japan. Since moving to Australia in the early 90s, Jiang has completed commissions for the Sydney and Melbourne Casinos, the Royal Palace in Bahrain, Le Meridian Hotel in Jordan, Sheraton Hotel Noosa, Coffs Harbour Plaza and the 3 Monkeys Hotel in George St Sydney.
